SHIPPING
What products do you sell online?
We offer a wide range of building & renovation materials, tools, fixings, bathroom/kitchen equipment, garden & outdoor products, and seasonal items.
Where do you deliver to, and how long will it take?
We deliver across mainland UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland (though heavy/large items to NI/Scotland may incur extra cost). Standard delivery is approx. 2-5 working days, subject to item size/weight and delivery method.
What about large, bulky or heavy items?
For oversized or heavy items (e.g., boards, panels, pallets) they are not eligible for standard courier. Options include:
Van delivery by us (quote required)
Pallet delivery via national network (quote)

PAYMENT
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
You can pay online (debit cards, bank transfer) when placing the order. Note: if ordering online you'll be asked to confirm payment before dispatch.
Can I cancel or return an order?
For general returns (change of mind), the policy allows returns within 30 days from delivery if the item is unused, in original condition & packaging, and you provide proof of purchase.

For faulty or damaged goods, contact us with proof and we will inspect and offer repair, exchange or refund.

Some items are non-returnable, for example: paints/tinted products, custom or cut-to-size items, perishable goods.

Order & Retunrs
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please notify us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) with proof (photos, delivery note etc). We will work with you to repair/exchange/refund. For delivery issues, we may need you to retain all packaging until inspection.
It’s a good idea to check items as soon as they arrive, before committing to installers/tradespeople.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges depend on the chosen delivery method, size/weight of items, and destination. At checkout you will be shown the available options (courier, van, pallet) and associated cost. Extra charges may apply for oversized items.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
If you order multiple items, they may be delivered separately if they have different shipping methods, stock locations or sizes/weights.
