GS-150 Gypsum Plaster 18kg Cekol

USE
CEKOL GS-150 is used for patching and smoothing walls and ceilings inside buildings. It serves as an excellent base for finishing coats such as CEKOL C-45 Finisz.

CHARACTERISTICS
It is a compound of synthetic gypsum, mineral fillers and modifiers. The finish can be obtained by sanding the surface or wet finishing.

• Mixing ratio: approx. 0,45 l water for 1 kg of powder.
• Pot life: 60 minutes
• Consumption: approx 1,5 kg/m²/mm
• Layer thickness: 1 to 10 mm
• Ambient application temperature :+5 °C to +25°C
• Initial bonding: ≥ 60 min

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrate should be clean, tight, free of grease. Using a spatula, remove the remains of emulsion and oil paints, and loose grains of sand. The substrate should be clean, tight and free of grease. Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with a deep penetrating primer. Smooth substrates and substrates with low water absorption, as well as in the case of wet smoothing, must be primed with a bonding primer.

PLASTERING
The mortar should be prepared by pouring 1 kg of powder to approx 0,45 l of water. Mix thoroughly and apply with a trowel. Pot life is 60 minutes. Use only stainless steel or plastic tools. Sandable after initial hardening. Paint after the plaster is fully dry.

STORAGE
Keep in the original packaging in a dry and dark place, away from sources of heat. Protect from excessive temperature and frost.
